VereTel’s plan prices are published now. Numbers are not on sale yet. Create a free account and ask to be told when they are.
Invoca’s insurance page says it serves property and casualty, life and health insurance, including multi-location insurance businesses and independent agents. It describes AI agents for SMS and voice, dynamic routing by location and line of business, custom IVRs, and automated scoring of 100% of sales calls for QA and coaching. It also states that it integrates with systems insurance companies commonly use, including CRM and marketing automation platforms.
VereTel does not do any of that. It gives a business labeled local tracking numbers, forwards calls to its existing line and lists every call in a desk. Its target is the business that has not yet measured which ads produce calls, not the carrier or large network that wants to analyze every conversation.

| Trial and contract | Not stated on the pricing page | A free account (sample calls and a website test tag, no VereTel phone number), not a time-limited trial. No setup fee. Month to month. Cancel online at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. Annual prepay is two months free, on request. |
| Set-up model | Sales-led; a proposal is prepared for you | Self-serve: you create an account yourself; once you choose local numbers you pick the line each forwards to and label each source, and we help if you ask. VereTel buys the numbers on its own carrier account. Number-level forwarding at the carrier to your existing line. You sign in to a desk with a call list. |
We have not compared support, reliability or results for either product, because those are not things a public page can show.
When Invoca is the better choice
- You are a multi-location insurance business, a franchise or a large agency that needs routing by location and line of business.
- You want every call analyzed and scored for coaching, or AI agents that follow up by voice or text.
- You have security or compliance requirements that call for stated certifications such as SOC 2 Type 2. VereTel claims none.
- You want call data pushed into your CRM and marketing tools as a standard part of the product.
- You are comfortable with a sales-led purchase and a custom quote.
When VereTel fits
- You are a single agency or a small group and want a stated price you can check today. See pricing.
- You want to start with the basics: labeled numbers, forwarding, and a call list you can filter by date and by answered or missed.
- You would rather not begin with a sales cycle. There is no setup fee, and the plan is month to month.
- You are also weighing how to run an inbound team. Read about call centers and how VereTel separates agency data.
If you later need what Invoca describes, that is a reasonable time to move to a platform that has it. Read porting numbers without losing calls before you commit to any provider.
Common questions
Does Invoca publish its prices?
Its pricing page lists tiers but no dollar amounts, and directs visitors to request a quote. We therefore list its price as not published.
Does VereTel have security certifications like those Invoca lists?
No. VereTel does not claim HIPAA, SOC 2 or any other certification. It separates each agency’s data at the database level using row-level security. If you need a certification, ask the vendor for its documentation.
Can VereTel route calls by location or product?
No. Each tracking number forwards to one line. There are no menus, whisper messages or time-of-day rules.
